Orders cancelled 7 days prior to delivery date are 100% refundable.  Orders cancelled within 7 days are non-refundable.

Yes. Our delivery fee is $.99 per mile, with a $19.95 minimum and a maximum distance of 75 miles.

We deliver within a 100-mile radius of Amelia Island, Florida.

No. Unfortunately we do not offer pick up or drop off at this time.

To ensure availability, we suggest you place your order as soon as your travel plans are confirmed. While we do accept last-minute bookings, service and equipment availability may be limited.

Yes. All baby rentals, snorkel gear, etc., are thoroughly and meticulously cleaned after every use using non-toxic and environmentally friendly cleaning products to maintain ultra-clean, hygienic, and health-conscious equipment for you and your family.

No. We are not authorized to install car seats. Manuals are available for all of our products upon request. We also recommend that you visit our local fire stations and arrange their help with installation. 

We operate from 8AM – 8PM, seven days a week. That said, we are flexible and happy to help. Should you need assistance outside of these hours, please contact us to coordinate.
